Yes. Cancel or move your booking free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged at 50%.
A regular clean usually takes 2 to 5 hours depending on the size of your home — for example, a 1-bedroom flat cleaned weekly is around 2 hours. End of tenancy and deep cleans take longer and depend on the size and condition of the property. We confirm the hours with you before we start.
No. Many customers are out at work during the clean. Just tell us how the cleaner can get in when you book — for example a concierge, key safe or a neighbour — and we will confirm the details with you.
For end of tenancy and deep cleans, a £15 charge applies if there is no free parking at or near the property. Please let us know about parking when you book.
Yes. We are open 8am to 6pm, Monday to Sunday. Sunday cleans are £3 per hour extra, and same-day or next-day bookings are £15 extra when a slot is available.
